📌 Returns & Refunds Policy
We gladly accept returns for physical items within 30 days of purchase, provided they meet the conditions below.
For digital products, all sales are final except in cases of file corruption or defects (see Digital Product Policy below).
📦 Returns for Physical Products
- ✅ Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (with all tags attached).
- ✅ Items must be free from strong odors (smoke, perfume, pets), stains, pet hair, or damage.
- ✅ Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase.
If your return meets these conditions, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after receiving the item. You will receive email notifications throughout the process.
📌 Please note:
- ❌ Sale items are non-refundable.
- 🔄 We only replace defective or damaged items.
💻 Digital Product Return & Refund Policy
Since digital products are instant downloads, they cannot be returned or refunded once purchased. However, we will issue a replacement if:
- ✅ The file is corrupted or does not work properly.
- ✅ You received the wrong digital product.
- ✅ A technical issue prevents access to the purchased item.

- ✏️ If you made a mistake (e.g., incorrect customization), contact us within 24 hours, and we will assist with corrections.
- ⏳ Each digital product has a 9-month access limit and 8 downloads per template.

🎁 Gift Returns
If the item was marked as a gift, the recipient will receive a gift credit for the return value.
If the item was not marked as a gift, we will issue a refund to the original purchaser.
🚚 Shipping Costs & Processing Time
- 📌 Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping cost.
- 📌 Non-Refundable Shipping Fees: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
- 📌 Processing Time: Returns are processed within 7–10 business days of receiving them.
